i ate a lot on sunday. dumplings, pita puffs, CHOCOLATE CAKE, noodles, etc. could it be P day coming up?!?! but i did exercise - (2) 30 min. EA Actives and 8000 steps on Walk it Out. felt better afterwards but did gain pound today. dang it!
