It is a new day with a chance for new achievements and beginnings. Last night was a good one. I watched the type of foods I ate and had good portion control. I slept well and arose with a positive outlook.
I just need to keep reminding myself that I am dieting for a particular event or for another person. These are life changes to address my health and mental states. Be positive, not negative. Get busy living or get busy dying. I choose life.
Love yourself, respect your food, embrace your fitness, and uplift your spirit. Your life will be blessed richly.
