Morning All.. Just checking in.. I said that I was only going to weigh in once a week on Mondays.. but the scale was calling me this morning! lol lol..

Soooo I got on the scale and a little bit more of a weight loss.. :) Excited and I know that I will have issues with the scale after Thanksgiving.. heeheee..
192.4 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 20 November 2012:

I completely understand where you are coming from. I have lost 12lbs since I started dieting 3 weeks ago. Changing my diet patterns to the low carb high protein is definitely working. I feel like the pounds are just falling off, so yes, I must weigh! Trying to commit to not weighing in until Monday!

@Tracy.. too funny how you said that.. it's so hard not to get on the scale..

It's funny how that happens. I keep telling myself once a week and still end up on the scale at LEAST once a day and it's really disappointing when you get on there and your weight has shifted up ...even if it's a tenth of a lb. Try to do it every other day. Put the scales in a less convenient place. That seems to be working for me.
