Ah! so excited. I NEED to break the 170 barrier, it's been a really, really long time since I have. I'm learning to restrict my calories and its working great. I've been eating 1500 kcal for the past 3 days and I lost 6 pounds! I can't complain :) although I am suspicious that my roomie bought a cheap scale, oh well. Right now I'm broke, so all the food I'm eating is shitty, but once I start making some money I will buy healthier delicious food and make a meal plan for myself! I'm going to stick with 1500 for now, maybe until I plateau, then go down to 1300 maybe? Anyway now that I'm in my dietetic internship I live, eat, and breath nutrition anyways, so I might as well make it work for myself!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
