I have been working with a personal trainer for over a year now. I know I can lose the weight as I have gotten down to 125 just a few months ago. Unfortuantely I had an allergic reaction to some foods so gained 20 pounds back. I need all your support to lose the weight again as I have 3.5 months to lose the weight again before my wedding! Here goes!
