I did nothing but nothing wrong this weekend, had no snacks or alcohol. I even walked 5km on Saturday and did a fair amount of walking yesterday. Did not eat late nothing. I exercised last night and I have gained a fair amount of weight... Why does weekends always put a spanner in my works :( Really unhappy this morning

Here is a very good trick. Dont count calories that much. Only monitor the maount of carbs and sugar you consume.
