I had stopped counting my calories and also was eating out a bit more. Then the water weight shot up. Now weighting the same as I did on the last vacation as I will on this vacation makes me sad. I really wanted to weigh at least 5lbs less. Need to get back on track between now and vacation day (Nov 25) then relax on vacation, then kick but when I get back.
