Was excited to weigh myself just now I knew I had been really good this week and was going to get on the scales in the morning which is when I usually do but said what the heck and jumped on. Was an easier week and have developed more of a routine so I don't find myself cheating as much.

Day by day week by week.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.5 lb a week
