Had pizza yesterday. :-( I just don't want to worry too much about it, as I almost never each "forbidden foods" while I am on a diet. We were visiting a friends house, and he ordered pizza and subs and sweet cinnamon buns. It was hard to keep myself from eating 3/4 slices, and all the other stuff, but I only had one slice of pizza and a small piece of cinnamon bun. I still did not go over my RDI, but I am skipping my weigh in for today... 'n Don't want to get demotivated if the scale shows more than I hope for. I am following my diet strictly today, and with some perseverance I shall have success.
