I am back! I know I have been a little bit flaky lately but I am still trying.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2216 kcal Fat: 105.88g | Prot: 103.20g | Carb: 223.57g.   Breakfast: avocado, red tomato, best buy, extra lean ground beef, whole wheat tortillas. Dinner: VH sweet and sour, egg rolls, egg rolls, margarine becel, boiled egg, oven joy. Snacks/Other: Rice Krispies Squares, salsa, Tostitos 100% White Corn Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips, tea. more...
