It hasn't been a week of dieting and I have noticed that even with eating less, I am not hungry between meals. I am feeling a lot better about myself, and I know I haven't weighed myself since my first day, but I am having a good feeling about everything. We will find out in a couple days if this is all paying off at my first weigh in.
