Back from the funeral & ready to get started back up. I gained 1 lbs which is quite a surprise as I did not watch what I ate & had Chocolate cake!! Southern funeral food consists of the 4 basic food groups. 1) Fried 2) Fat (butter, lard, etc.) 3) Sugar & starch 4) MORE! I hope all my buddies had a good week & I will check with them later. Paula
