One step forward, 2 steps back. This year has been hard, we are working on a new home so moving and remodeling took a front seat to working out. I am trying to rebuild my fitness so that I can start riding with the club again. I have been taking a trainer class on Tuesday nights with the club but I need to ride more. I pulled a calf muscle the end of September and it was recommended that I take about 6 weeks off to let it heal. The sun is shining so maybe I will get to run today?
