Day three of my diet and I need to get motivated to add exercise to my diet !!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 November 2012:
1617 kcal Fat: 62.82g | Prot: 97.26g | Carb: 169.92g.   Breakfast: French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Hazelnut creamer, Coffee, boiled egg. Lunch: thin slice turkey meat, Brown rice, water, green beans. Dinner: salad dressing, onion, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), brown rice, tomato,  broccoli, water. Snacks/Other: mixed nuts and raisins, water, tangerine. more...

Good luck! Exercise is key for me! If I hadn't been exercising regularly for the last couple of week I would have for sure gained instead of lost!!
