Day three of my diet and I need to get motivated to add exercise to my diet !!!

Breakfast: boiled egg, Coffee, French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Hazelnut creamer. Lunch: green beans, water, Brown rice, thin slice turkey meat. Good luck! Exercise is key for me! If I hadn't been exercising regularly for the last couple of week I would have for sure gained instead of lost!!
