Happy Hump Day!

My week so far:
Monday: Exercise good but food bad.
Tuesday: Exercise bad but food good.

So today there is no reason why I can't combine the two. As a matter of fact, I can put it into a math equation:
Good food + good exercise x 2 days = a nice weigh in this Friday!

Note to Tracy - I have my Dream Jeans laid out on the guest bed and go in to visit them often. The Dream is still alive!

I am glad the dream jeans are home & moving closer to your closet every day. Love the "Dream is Still Alive", I think we all need to believe in ourselves because once upon a time, what seemed impossible has been happening...it is real!

Ruhu - I have a lot to learn from you in the exercising department. I only like to move when there is fun involved.

I'm actually the same as you, BuffyBear, but may have a warped sense of fun! I either play tennis or go to a fitness class -- I find Zumba especially fun, but also enjoy spinning & other cardio or weight classes. Have you tried any?

Ruhu - I know this sounds like just another excuse, but with my job, it is not unusual to work 10 (or more) hours/days. Another commitment after that is too stressful.

Dream Jeans! LOL. I hink there is a reason that it's difficult to combine the two, Buffy. Exercise makes you hunger and pyschologically, makes you feel like you can eat more to compensate for burned calories. Let us know when you figure out the formula.
