On the Young and Raw nutritional plan.
Started it on May 16th, 2012 and dropped 8 lbs. Now, I'm toning my body with C25K (3x week) and also eating a balanced plan of mostly vegetarian - vegan foods.
Found success finally!
131.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
