focusing on eating meats and leafy vegetables is more filling and easy to figure. So far it is easy to ignore the sugars, breads and pastas. It gets tricky to understand what is low versus high in carbohydrates...Hopefully, I will get the better at understanding the relative level of carbohydrates such as cauliflower versus asparugus.
