I have been following my diet very well for 5 days now. My scales show I have lost 5 pounds in 5 days. The issue is I have just got a new set of scales and the weight the new digital scales show is much higher then my old needle type scales. I have now updated my current weight to accuratly show the scales I will be using from now on. Weight 257pounds. 33.3% body fat. 48.6% water percentage. 8.8Body mass. In 2 weeks I am plaing on trying to loose 5pounds a week for 10 weeks. I am glad I got the new scales now before starting that challenge
257.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
