I am steadily on track to reach my goal and it feels amazing! It took a bit of a learning and dedication curve at the beginning of this challenge, but over all I am totally committed now to a new life style. I am feeling great, and looking forward to the years to come as I get closer and closer to my lifetime goal of being in the best physical shape I can obtain!
146.3 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
