Well my diet and excerise routins are working very well. I have lost a couple of more pounds since my last weigh in. I am going to the gym 5 days out of the week for at least 1 and 30mins per day. I had to cut out alot of old eating habits and introduce myself to new ones. It is hard but I need to lose weight to better my health. So my new weigh in as of today 165Ibs from 175Ibs in 3 weeks time not bad for a beginner. So to all my dieters whom sometimes give up don't give up. We are doing this for ourselves not for no one else.
