I kept on my diet this weekend but didn't get around to recording it - was between 1700-1900 and well balanced and low fat.
I quit smoking today - did it two years ago for six months but fell off the wagon,.....have to make it forever commitment today. I am twelve hours in, but was sleeping 7 of them. Weird watching the sun come up this morning with bright blue sky and red red fingers of light all over the pines and trees over the Pototmoc river.
