You have lost two pounds. Go take out 8 sticks of butter and imagine that on your body. That is what two pounds of fat would look like. Two pounds is awesome. It's a great start. You might also try caloric cycling. Your calories are quite low and and can slow the metabolism down. You need to fuel your body to lose. Have higher and lower days (1000, 1200, 900, 1100, etc). Get plenty of lean protein and high fiber foods. It's about finding a balance you can live with in order to keep it off when you get to goal.
