Feeling low today
have stuck to my low calorie diet and walked on the treadmill for half hour a day and sauna every other day
but still only have managed to lose 2lb.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You have lost two pounds. Go take out 8 sticks of butter and imagine that on your body. That is what two pounds of fat would look like. Two pounds is awesome. It's a great start. You might also try caloric cycling. Your calories are quite low and and can slow the metabolism down. You need to fuel your body to lose. Have higher and lower days (1000, 1200, 900, 1100, etc). Get plenty of lean protein and high fiber foods. It's about finding a balance you can live with in order to keep it off when you get to goal.

thank you suzi161 yes will try that and see if it helps, unfortunately a holiday will not help for the next 2 weeks will try to walk and keep the weight down or the same
