I haven't recorded for a while. But since my last date of recording I have been running a mile every other night. I also changed my eating habits. I basically only eat salads now with some protein. I go to the gym every other day also to do weight training. I went from a size 9 in jeans to a size 5. So yeah.
121.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
