I am doing great so far! The Weight Watchers is perfect, it is a real lifestyle and so easy to stay with.
I am starting to do some weight lifting now to keep the weight loss going, and to keep muscle as I loose.
I have a wonder trainer and he is helping me to re-learn all the how to's on doing this right, and making it a lifestyle!
I am very happy!
288.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 138.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 5.5 lb a week

I am on weight watchers too and couldnt agree more. lost five lbs in the first four days...I agree with the weight training I am doing that a few times a week for the same reasons as you.
