Obviously I am down to the hard stuff, the stuff that's been hanging around for a while. I am pleased with my weigh in and am realizing from the last few weigh in's that I have to fight harder and smarter now. Game on!
175.7 lb Lost so far: 43.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
