Over the course of 6 days, calculated and averaged out I ate 2019 calories PER day average. Which resulted in me dropping 3 pounds in 6 days? Sounds unreal but thats what the scale said this morning after urination. Took weight at about 10:30AM (upon waking)
154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
