I was disappointed with my weight this morning. I am gaining weight, instead of losing, but hopefully that's because I am gaining muscle and hopefully my body fat is going down and the scale will soon as well.
217.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
