Living on Atkins bars today. I really need to go grocery shopping, or take the time to get things ready.

Any ideas for really quick and atkins friendly meals would be appreciated!!!!!

If you're looking for convenience, check out the Tyson prepared foods. They're pretty tasty and take like 2 mins. A rotisserie chicken is also very convenient and good as well as frozen veggies. I use the chicken to make a simple chicken salad and eat on that for a few days.

I do a crockpot of chicken breast once a week so it's always on hand to top a salad, or add to some veggies, or throw in a wrap. I cut up fresh veggies and bag into portions for on the go. Hard boiled eggs are another quick grab. Cheese snacks and nuts portioned out. I think the main trend here is find a 1/2 day you can prep all these good choices.
