I dont think I checked in last nite, had 2 shots, flu & pneumonia, sick like dog...bed 7:30PM
194.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ahhhwww Darla I am so sorry to hear that you are still sick.. I thought you had tackled the sickness last week. :( .. I hope you get better soon, real soon!

TY !!! IKR !! That nasty head cold! Making me craving for carbs like a NEVER ever did before; gained 7lbs!! But I feel with this new challenge I will persevere, I just know have a craving for popcorn, I miss it, trying to just have a cup...

If you have a cup, just eat one kernel at a time and savor each one.. lol. That would be hard for me to do. I've got this insane brain that says, "Pfft.. I don't want just a few, I want the whole thing!". Bad brain lol. For me, it's just easier to not have what I crave at all. Surprisingly, my cravings for chips and potatoes have pretty much gone away :) Get better soon!!

Me too, not so much the chips, but the popcorn. Leave it to my daughter to buy some, Ive been thinking about it all night cuz I KNOW I'll eat more than 1 cup *While drinking more water*

Girl, I'm so full of water right now, it should be illegal lolol. You best leave that popcorn alone! haha .. Make you some parmesan chips. Do you have any parmesan?
