It's never too late to start fresh! And that's what I did. Two weeks of clean eating... and I am feeling so much better. My energy is back, my disposition is better, and my head doesn't feel like it's swimming in the deep end of the 'emotional pond of muck!'
Hope you are all doing well...will try to be back on here more faithfully. I will try to catch up w/ each of you...but until then, much love!

It's amazing to be back, isn't it? I'm right there with you. I am surprised how much better I feel when I do right, and I am just as amazed how easily I forget this fact when I don't do right. lol.
