Having a hard time sticking to my diet.....

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 November 2012:

You are eating too much carb and sugar.

stick to the rule. dont stick to a particular diet and restrict your calories. it is hard, in fact not possible.all those diets out there are bull s##t. if you want to eat something which is high in calories, do eat it,but ensure you burn a proportionate amount of calories.i love fish and chips(600 calories per serving).so today if i feel like eating it, i go to the gym and ensure that at least 450 calories are burned off, and then i will eat my fish and chips.it is not that hard to burn calories. it is very easy, once you get used to a particular workout machine.
