The good news is I've had 2 days of excellent eating.

The bad news is my plans for exercise are not working out. I had to run errands on my lunch hour yesterday and by the time I got home last night I was so tired from the weekend all I could do is crash. I'd better do a make-up session tonight.

Got to get back to work!

Yep... with hubby gone during the week, it's all on your shoulders, isn't it? I am guessing that is part of the errands you ran. If not, it sounded good. LOL! Running errands burns calories too! Congrats on eating right. *thumbs up* Go make that paycheck! Hugs!

Hey Buffy-Good for you and the excellent eating- I'm sure it will all come together with the exercise- and you probably needed the rest more than the exercise.--Regarding the cold temps here- I believe I will be using up more calories shivering ;)

Mom - Yes - our bank is no longer open on Saturdays so I had to go there. Unfortunately, I did no literal running.

I guess even the banks are cutting back..so sorry you haven't been able to walk on your lunch hour...but there will other days and I am sure you will get caught up...this is the first week your DH has been gone for a few days..you'll find your nitch..I am very sure of it..great job on the eating thats good...:O)

Bren - Thanks! Had to work through my lunch hour today. It is dark when I leave and dark when I get home. Know anybody who is hiring?

Buffy I remember having to work like that..the winter months are bad for that...I hated driving in the dark...but at least we have a few things to look forward too..like being with family and getting ready for the holidays...and then the days will start getting longer again.. I have to think that way..and use my Happy Light...LOL...:O)

If I had to workout at night, I know I'd never make it. Anyway you can fit it in before work? I'm such a morning person so wondering if you are too? But, also, "running" errands counts too!
