This week was good even though i did everything poorly. I had a big weekend that was planned for 6 months. Very big party. Hopefully i tricked my body so where i can shed more pounds this week.
340.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
