I'm feeling stuffed after dinner. Chicken, salad and steamed veggies! Yummy. I replaced the evoo in my apple cidar vinagrette with a dash of tabasco instead. Im only 32 oz of water deep today which means i have to drink 2-3 more bottles before bed. I worked out this morning but only for 25 min. Followed by 4 hours of housework. Suprisingly I cleaned out the fridge and reorganized the kitchen AND DIDN'T SNACK! Woo hoo! Maybe I can rope my little guys into some Wii fit for an extra work out... Fold some laundry, and wind down the evening with some yoga and a cup of shin detox tea. If I'm lucky my skin comdition won't be waking me up at 4 am again! Fingers crossed!
