Today was a good day. I found a new breakfast food from Lean Pockets that has eggs and sausage in it and it was microwaveable, which was great. Lunch has been boring, but I like turkey and cheese sandwiches, so I don't mind so much. I'm thinking about making some clam chowder tomorrow with the Nature's Place brand, which has less calories than other namebrands (Progresso, etc). Hopefully it won't get me sick...

Didn't manage to make dinner from scratch, though, due to lack of time and effort. However, I completely plan on trying out this new Chicken and Vegetable bake I found in my cookbook tomorrow. If it's good, I'll add it to the recipes section.
