I had a bad eating day. I ate out for lunch and dinner. I don't know I just got kinda lazy after rehearsal today. I had so much paper work to do and still had not done Insanity. I had an off day tomorrow but I am taking it tonight. I just don't have the energy, plus I ran out of chocolate milk yesterday and did not have my faux recovery drink. I did about 15 minutes and my heart just was not in it. I am going to get up in the AM before rehearsal and hit it. :-) Well the weight jumped back up, but I think that is just the foog and water that I had all day. I have five days til my weigh in....it wil get back there and maybe beyond. Super Sleepy but I have some paperwork, hopefully, I will get to sleep by midnight.

Those L.B.s are definitely the food and extra water....not fat. You are blasting that fat honey, no matter how the day went eating-wise! I hope you've got more mojo today to hit the Insanity. :)

I really think its because I have not been able to drink my choco protein. My legs are SO sore and my energy is way down. I need to figure out some foods to eat that will give my more energy. I was going to get up this morning and it was a no go. This afternoon is going to be better. I am going to do it whether I want to or not. hmmmmm

Egg whites definitely get me going in the morning. I would have them every morning if I could. Try that maybe? I think Balance bars make for really good protein bars too. Sorry you're down on energy...try stretching to release some of that soreness. :)

ah some days our heart just isnt in it, even if we do make ourselves. not to worry, you have a great attitude and I know you will pick up right where you left off;)
