I'm here. Busy day and a pretty crappy food weekend. Nothing too terrible just didn't do a very good job of observing portion sizes. Loss of a battle NOT the war -- back at it this morning! Think I'll wait until Saturday to weigh in :)

1492 kcal Fat: 118.07g | Prot: 58.47g | Carb: 47.18g.   Breakfast: unsweetened almond milk, flaxseed, red mill, chia seed, heavy cream, raspberries. Lunch: beef short ribs, sharp cheddar, great value, cream cheese, cauliflower. Dinner: sharp cheddar, ground beef, hidden valley ranch, grape tomatoes, romaine. Snacks/Other: Orange-Pumpkin Muffins, coffee, k-cup, cocoa roast, emerald, heavy cream. more...

It is those portion sizes that get me every time. But we are back here ready to start again. The war rages on!

I'm okay with the portion sizes - I just have too many different varieties of too many foods. :) Saturday it is!

Thanks for your support gals -- really feeling it today -- super hungry. That always means I have over-indulged and now am paying for it. This too will pass. My calories and carbs are coming in today right on target. Tomorrow will be a better day - PLUS it won't be Monday :)

Sorry if everyone has asked you this.....but your starting weight....did you just log that in because you lost that much weight prior to FS? Just curious!! Thanks and blessings on your day!
