Off to a late start this morning! Day 1

Skipped breakfast after I woke up late and rushed to the kid's parent/teacher conferences. Can home took my morning supplements: Hair, Skin and Nails; Green Tea; Carb blocker and Fat burner. Rinsed it down with a Frappucino drink. I needed something flavorful. I have to crush my supplements and add them to warm water to take. I've never been one to swallow pills well :/

I weighed myself today :( 170 lbs. I hate the wii scale. I love that it reminds me that I'm overweight and why does it always go "OEEEH" when you step on the scale? 170 lbs is my SCARY WEIGHT. This is the exact weight I was when I left the hospital after giving birth to my first son... That was 10 years ago.

It is time for a SERIOUS CHANGE!!
