Good for you that you started running. I am trying....well not really. I want to start up again, I just am not looking forward to the shin splintz. I ran 5 miles a day 6 days a week. For some reason, I just stopped! Which is 50% of the reason for my weight gain. Keep at it. It's so worth it! Good Luck!
