I feel so well ! I have had a few candies and bread-with-butter bits these last weeks, but I stay stable in my weight loss, around 700g/week, and that suits me perfecty.
I do 30-90 min of biking a day, eating 600-1200 kcals, hi-protein, and it seems to be a good solution for me. I feel hungry before the mea, but satisfied afterwards, and I manage even to take 5g of Coza and sesame oil a day!
When on a diet, I hate taking extra oi, but I have learned how important they are to you, so I take a little, love the taste, and am relieved to see I manage to loose weight -even when taking oils !
This week a bit tougher, we go on camping car holidays, so I cannot do my stationary bike, but I hope the walks along the seaside will burn a ittle on the way :)
