Have changed to low fat low gi diet as feeling a bit seedy on low carb. I still find it difficult to eat a lot of carb though! Doing well and would like to be 17 stone by Christmas.
247.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
