I am really moving on this diet. I went grocery shopping and actually bought some fresh fruit for the first time in almost a year. I bought apples (3 different kinds) oranges (2 different sizes), watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, blueberries, and strawberries. I did buy me some ice cream but they are made with 100% fruit and only 110 calories a bar so if I get a sweet tooth I have something that will not throw my diet all the waste. I am very proud of myself, but did have a little temptation when I ran across some chocolate covered cherries (my all time weakness), but my little coach kept telling me I was better then that and I did not need them. I was able to leave the store with them and I am so proud of that for in the past I would have bought several boxes.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
