I worked out on the treadmill for 60 minutes at speed of 3.5 and burned 468 calories. Day one on the go, I can do this.... I need to do this...

Wow! 60 minutes is a long time! I do 30 minutes at least 4 times a week and that's plenty...Any longer and my knee bothers me (had surgery in Jan)... Good luck to you!

Don't burn yourself out on your initial week. Great that you are working out though. I need to get going on more excersize myself. Has anyone tried the at home stuff on DVDs?

good job although be careful not to over do it right away... start out working out with lower intensities and then build yourself up or else you might end up burning yourself out and might not want to exercise for the long run. altoannie i have a set of the taebo videos by billy blanks i do them on occasion. its a really good set because they start off right at beginner and goes up to very advanced and taebo is definately a high calorie burning work out

That is GREAT, I'm sure you’re feeling AWESOME today. Just remember this feeling because you can feel this way Everyday and good for you’re for not jumping off the Treadmill after 15min and sticking it out. Way to inspire others. :) Great Job
