Yesterday's Bootcamp consisted of weights, LOTS of running, etc. I knew I was getting better with the running, but I didn't know to what extent. In-between push-ups or bananas (which Carly fearlessly declared were STUPID, thank you very much) Angel would make us run for 3 to 5 minutes non-stop. I used to need to walk between jogs or runs, but yesterday, I ran or jogged, but not once did I attempt to walk any part of those minutes.

I couldn't get too smug about it, though. Angel was not happy that I still hadn't gotten my eight-pound handweights. I told her I'd get them by Friday. I've held her off as long as I could. I think she's onto me about the "I don't have any money for the eight-pound weights" excuse LOL. I was doing my bicep curls with my 5 pound weights, and she said, "You KNOW those are too light for you. Hmph." I tried not to let her see me, but she saw me grinning.

She asked if I worked out in the morning, and I said yes. I thought she'd say we'd take it easier on me, but NOOOOO. She said, "Good. You have no excuse, then." Ouch. M-E-A-N. LOL

This brings me to the conclusion of the workout, when we stretch and feel good, etc. I was not allowed the luxury of feeling good. I think, as punishment, Angel kept coming over to me and STRETCHING the heck out of me. She wouldn't say why, but I kept getting the extra stretching and then she would scream, "INHALE! EXHALE!" because I would gasp when she would push or pull my legs to stretch me, while Erica was in the corner saying, "Oh! These feel so good! I could just do these all the time." I said, "Yeah, me too! I can do these BY MYSELF." More stretching was Angel's response. Next time, I'm going to act like I really enjoy those just to irritate her. Let's see if that gets her off my glutes.
