1213 kcal Fat: 37.19g | Prot: 59.88g | Carb: 42.83g.   Breakfast: sweet n low, Tea, leaf, unsweetened, Cooked Ham, peanut butter (per tblsp). Lunch: pickle, hard boiled egg, cheese, mayo, lettuce. Dinner: mushrooms, onion rings, cauliflower, green beans, brocolli, Beef Outside Round (Steak, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0. Snacks/Other: tea, water (updates through day), semi-skimmed milk (total fl oz for day!)in tea & coffee etc, chocolate!!!!!
