So, I haven't really been losing weight at all until yesterday I decided to go for a two hour hike! I weighed about 124 lbs yesterday morning and this morning I weigh around 120 lbs. Guess who's going to be doing a lot of hiking from now on? I don't know why I haven't been hiking more, I used to love hiking! So I think for now I'm going to take up twice weekly hikes of an hour or two and every other week or so I'll go on a longer all day hike :)
