Here we go again. Nonvigilance = weight gain. I expected it, but that doesn't make it any more palatable! OUCH!!!
227.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe it's just water weight that's always a good excuse for me at least you were brave enough to weigh. Maybe your scales is related to mine (it's evil) even my cats think so, one of them threw up on them last week. I thought yeah be mean to me and my kitties will get you. I just thought it was funny. You hang in there it will get better.

LOL! Addie, I'm at an age where water weight doesn't really have much impact. This was just out and out emotional eating. I LOVE that your cat threw up on your scale. That's so funny. If you're talking about the delete thing beside your post, that's so you can change your mind and erase your posts. Hugs!

Johanne, i feel i am not being a good buddy to any off you. I have just popped onto someones journal (not a buddy) and she lost 7lb and had aimed for six and i felt impressed and inspired. So i guess i will have to work harder if i am too help my buddies as well as myself, instead of staying in the rut i dug myself into. Come on Johanne, i have taken on your challenge again, so lets stop mucking about and DDDDDDDDDDoooooooooooooooo it this time. Lets put our money where our mouth is. WHEW i am puffed out after that lecture, I have to sit down now i feel faint, must have BURNED A WHOLE 10 calories there whew, wiping my brow, te hee. Very much love, Sazy xxxxxxxx
