I have it too. There are many things you can do. First, get some foot cushions form the drug store. Put them in your shoes. They help the pain so much. Stretching every day is really important. Google some and do them ever day. Get a bottle and fill it 3/4 with water and freeze it. Take it out and roll your foot back and forth for about 10 min a few times a day. I had to change up my exercise. I am riding a bike now for cardio because of my injury. It's getting better though. Good luck, it can take a while to heal (no pun intended, lol).
