Yikes...thinking this might be the start of a "stall." Gonna have to put more salads on the menu!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well hopefully it's just a very temporary stall, and will start moving downward again VERY soon!!! Asparagus, cucumbers and grapefruit....all natural diuretics! :-)

I have to tell you that yesterday at the gym I was on the treadmill doing my "run" and after I got to 2 miles I thought okay I'll walk and cool down for 5 mins and get in a 30 min workout. THEN....YOU popped into my head saying "33 mins.....that extra 3 mins makes a difference"...SO I cranked it back up again and ran for 3 more minutes thinking I can push myself to go all out for another 3 minutes, and I DID!!! So thanks for being there in my head! LOL! I ended up walking for another 15 mins to cool down. :) The extra effort these last few visits at the gym have paid off for me in a nice loss this week. Hopefully your efforts at adding in more veggies will help you get things moving downward again too!
