I am happy to note that I am approaching the 15lb weight loss mark. Looking at my online medical records this is the lowest and healthiest weight I've been at in almost 5 years!

A couple of goals / notes: I was on an excercise hiatus for nearly two weeks which promptly ended yesterday. I will be exercising daily. Also, its been two or three times now where I've "gorged" myself on either dinner or lunch or both, mostly with dairy products or too much meat. I also intend to end this.

Other than that, I feel great, well energized and quite positive!
